ICT Goodies Newsletter

Hey guys,

There are loads of resources on ICT Goodies but in order to help the site grow and remain a valuable asset to us all, we need your help.

We've now started adding some premium content to ICT Goodies. This content carried a nominal charge - around 50p to £1. You can, however, get this stuff for free.

'Goodies' is a new new points system / currency. To say thanks for contributing and sharing at ICT Goodies, when you upload resources, you get 'Goodies'. You even get Goodies for simply commenting on other peoples' resources!

Hi guys,

Just a quick reminder that the I Am Learning competition will be closing at Christmas.

The prize up for grabs is a 12 months site license free subscription for your school to I Am Learning - Games Based Revision worth over £3000.

Hello from ICT Goodies

ICT Goodies has a great (and growing) bank of resources as you know, but now we've just opened the ICT Goodies Forum.

The forum is a place for you to discuss everything from PLTS to Plenaries with other ICT teachers. We're now approaching 500 registered members which is fantastic, so why not share you ideas and / or problems in the forums and see if someone else has the answer.

Firstly we'd just like to say it's great to see so many people using ICT Goodies. We now have over 400 registered users on the site! So, welcome to our latest members and remember to let your colleagues know about us!

Well that's the first week over - how did it go for you?

The first few ICT lessons, especially with new groups tend to be welcome / introductory / outline lessons, arranging seating plans, giving out folders etc. so perhaps the real teaching starts next week?
